In the Lounge Room , you can dine by the flickering wood fire and afterwards move across to the comfortable sofa providing a cozy, restful haven.  A Television, DVD player and stereo are available for your enjoyment, together with a selection of DVDs, CDs, books, magazines and board games. The fire is set, with ample kindling and supply of dry logs to extend the atmosphere late into the night.

The Modern Kitchen is fully equipped with refrigerator/freezer, oven, microwave and dishwasher. All cutlery and crockery, glassware, utensils and paraphernalia are supplied. Ample continental and cooked breakfast provisions are left for guests and include, bacon and eggs, mushrooms, tomatoes, cereals, bread, croissants, juice, bowl of fruit and a selection of teas (leaf, bag and herbal) and coffee (plunger and instant). (see menu) Complimentary rich chocolate coated almonds, Hamilton 's Syn Sparkling Wine, decanter of Pirramimma Port and a daily newspaper are also provided for our guests. An ironing board and iron are supplied.
